Wild Bean Cafe - KWINANA TOWN CENTRE

I enjoyed some great coffee and found the staff to be very courteous. For takeout, I would rate the service a perfect 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was pleasant as well, scoring a solid 4. Prices are quite reasonable, ranging from A$1 to A$20 per person.

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant. I placed an order through Uber, but it was mistakenly given to someone else. Uber sent out a second driver, then a third, and finally a fourth, but the clerk refused to give them my order. After waiting for 1.5 hours and feeling frustrated, I went in to try and retrieve my order myself. Instead of helping, I was told to cancel my order on Uber and place a new one. Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating experience.

Consistently good coffee, especially if Jocey is working that day! Regularly come here myself. Friendly staff and clean environment. No places to sit and chat though so only take-away is available. Hence, four stars. I'd recommend the $8 breaky toastie and coffee special.

The customer service was quite chaotic. My order was mishandled and given to the wrong person, prompting the restaurant to send out multiple drivers—three in total—who were all unable to deliver my order. After waiting about an hour and a half, I was told that if I wanted my food, I would need to pick it up myself. I was then advised to cancel my order and place a new one. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

I always enjoy consistently great coffee, especially when Jocelyn is working! I visit this place regularly and appreciate the friendly staff and clean atmosphere. There aren't any spots to sit and chat, but that's alright since it's mainly takeout. I’d give it four stars. I highly recommend the $8 breakfast tostada and coffee special!
