Place is in the regular very busy can be hard to get a table. had never had a problem with any ordering, under or over boiled foods. service is always friendly in the regular quite fast.

I am here at the weekend, but I was very disappointed when I wanted to use my Eftpos card, I was asked to pay a 2% surcharge. this fee should not be passed on to their customers, this is a cost to do for business. I'm not going back there. there are many coffee shops in the environment that do not charge there customers and some of them are cheaper and make better coffee. Rating -3 out of ten

Consistent quality and service. I like this chain of caffe, although my first time in rockingham. is usually warnbro centre, but not listed on urban spoon from any reason. service is attentive and polite and environment is relaxed. have only breakfast there are large, freshly cooked and very tasty. we go there on Saturday before food business. excellent value for money, well made!

Max balladonia review. I went there with a lady (my cheering). I had a mocha who was good, I would give him eight out of ten (ten out of ten is reserved for gott) the staff might remember me when I wore a Santa Claus hat. I am in facebook at max balladonia and have an urban spoon entry there.

Visited on holiday from interstate. Purchased some tea that arrived in a grubby teapot. Asked for a medium sized tea cup and was presented a mug the size of a bucket. Milk in the jug had an awful odour. Plenty of other places to purchase...hot drinks in this complex.. do that!
