Steers - KwaMsane
Steers
Description
A popular casual grill delivers flavorful burgers, standout ribs and addictive hand-cut fries at wallet-friendly prices. Diners praise friendly, attentive staff at times and appreciate dine-in, takeaway and delivery options, yet experiences are uneven: service can be slow or brusque, orders sometimes arrive wrong, advertised menu items may be unavailable, and milkshake thickness is inconsistent. Overall, it’s a recommended spot for affordable comfort food if you’re willing to accept occasional service hiccups and availability issues.

The burgers here leave much to be desired. I often get a burger with only a slice of tomato, no lettuce, and if I'm fortunate, a few gherkins. The burgers I whip up at home are far superior to what I usually find at KwaMsane Steers near the N2. It's really ruining my experience with Steers burgers, which are normally better than those from other places. Sadly, KwaMsane Steers is a notable exception to that. If I could, I would have shared pictures of the burgers to illustrate just how disappointing they are.
For lunch, I enjoyed a meal that was affordably priced between R50 and R100. The food was fantastic, and I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service also deserves a 5 out of 5 for its excellence, and the atmosphere was equally great, earning another 5. I highly recommend trying the New Steers Beef Ribs and the ¼ Chicken Chips meal. Overall, a delightful dining experience!
The restaurant is quite small and often gets crowded, making it difficult to move around comfortably. Food: 4/5, Service: 4/5, Atmosphere: 3/5.
