Great hotel, amazing nature. Unfortunately, our entire stay was spoiled by Mr. Zdeněk, who behaved very arrogantly and rudely. I have never experienced such a rude and aggressive gentleman who can damage the name of a great hotel like Hotel Bučina. I am very sorry for this behavior.
