Great staff, very helpful. Good English. Nice food and rock and roll music. Google recommended. Worth a visit. Don't let looks make you pass by.

The space is small. Tried their Spanish latte coffee was good.
Good coffee shop with excellent food options.had hot dogs there which were good.only outdoor seating
Pirate Cafe is a cool joint right in the center of Kuwait City located strategically at the foot of the liberation tower.
