He was extremely thoughtful and even offered me an alternative bread roll since he had touched the first one with his gloves. His kindness really stood out, and I am genuinely thankful for his understanding and compassion! I truly appreciate it—thank you! I will definitely return more often.

I planned to leave a tip, but when I checked my re... read more Although I generally enjoy sandwiches, I was disappointed with how the cashier handled the tipping situation. I planned to leave a tip, but when I checked my receipt at the register, I saw that nearly $7 had already been added as a tip without my consent. Typically, there’s an option to add a tip at the bottom of the receipt or on the keypad. Since I had already been charged and was with my two hungry kids, I chose not to address the issue at that moment. I might be overreacting, but this experience has led me to reconsider returning to this location. I think I’ll look for another Subway in the future.
