This is the best fast food chain there is the most delicious smoked brisket sandwich you can eat it melts in your mouth

The food was amazing but the one girl I think her name was Michelle definitely deserves a raise she helped me decide on what to eat and suggested the turkey gyro and it did not disappoint I loved it so much I’m definitely gonna be back she definitely deserves a raise and her hospitality was was exceptional.

I visited the Whitehall Arbys a couple days ago, and i ordered 2 RB Classics and a large Hawaiian Punch. The 2 sandwiches served to me had buns that were dry and bland tasting and there was not the usual amount of beef that a Classic would normally have on them. I didnt enjoy the meall really at all and the Hawaiian Punch had NO ICE in it. AND there were NO NAPKINS in the bag! Gggrrrr....Do you call that Great Service Arbys? Had even worse experiences having Uber Eats deliver from this Arbys!!Which leads me to ask one final question directed to you, Arbys and that Question is 'Where 's the Beef ??

Had to wait 15 mins past the time the online order said, plus I got food poisoning from eating here. I don't eat much fast food but was very disappointed with the service and getting sick from eating here was ridiculous! I will never eat here again and warn anyone who will from doing so. Thanks.

They were short handed so only the drive thru was open.
