Ordered the brisket sandwich.... F'in horrendous. Glorified low quality roast beef .... Commercial is very misleading.... Won't go back EVER ... Wish I could give NO stars View all feedback.
Very nice lady at the buyer. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. They have paper straws, and they did not break down or fell apart.

Amazing experience, dont usually review. Even though the restaurant is a chain, it is run like a family restaurant. Great service and great food.
I was really looking forward to visiting an Arby's after our local one closed and after seeing their commercials for years, but my experience at the one I found in Pennsylvania was a letdown. The food was terrible, and the restaurant itself was dirty and unappetizing. I cannot recommend this place.
