I can only join my husband: This restaurant is simply the Oberhammer! Super ambience, friendly and competent staff, super wine and the pizza is simply sensational! Nowhere else (except in Italy) I have eaten such a good pizza! (Producer B. Pro, 25.06.2016) Just a wonderful restaurant! Go on!

General: The restaurant is located on the outskirts of Kusterdingen, next to the “Im Höfle” farm café, also rated in RK. An old farmhouse with high guest rooms houses the Italian restaurant. The new owner Franco Russo took over the “Etna” only in April this year and designed it with love. Parking spaces are in sufficient number on the road below the property. We actually wanted to return to Höfle this evening, but we had to find that the hostess had vacations and that evening only a small closed company had drinks. What was closer to the Etna than to make a visit Short summary of the next headings: Ambience already; service above average, eat lousy; Price performance ratio bad operation: The boss himself supplies the guests, is very attentive, always rushes from table to table and looks at whether something is missing. As drinks we chose the aperitif “Campari Milano” and 2 glasses Nero d’ Avola. The aperitif wounded very well, reminds of the well-known Aperol spray, but is a bit over. The wine was heavy, with little acidity, was not high-class, but neat. The Hummerravioli could only convince with the delicious sauce. the lobster was completely dry-cooked and had only insignificant own taste. For the pizza, which was just too large with a diameter of about 40 cm, the kitchen of the rocket was missing, and we were offered to cover it with field salad instead. It was our fault to allow this, because the food lost its typical taste. But even otherwise this court could not convince at all; the buffalo mozzarella was only available in a few small flakes, but had a supplement of €2. Fair would have been to calculate this special request with the missing rocket. The supplement to the espresso at the end also offered occasion to the little immute: a small piece of agitator cake with chocolate splinter was added to us. This cake, however, was so old and dry that it would probably have been omitted. At the end, we were very dissatisfied with regard to the PLV. A pizza for 12.80 2, special request is simply too expensive for this quality. Ravioli for 13.60 must also have much more taste here. Only the drinks had an appropriate PLV. The ambience: The Etna is very nicely furnished; the high guest rooms radiate a special cosiness. Lovely decorated, the ambience looks very Italian, and you feel comfortable. Tables covered with fabric napkins, bright candles and friendly colors allow the ridgerant to shine in a very own shine.
