The Coffee Club Café Northland Preston

Bad customer service!!!girl who was work at register was so rude and didn’t take order properly, I was order large sweet potato chips, but when I get home only few chips on the large box! I was regular customer there it was never happen like this , but yesterday was really bad for everything !

Absolutely disgraceful, ordered a meal and 2 drinks. Iced chocolate and iced coffee, both drinks came out with dirty spoons covered in green stuff. Staff were happy to remake the drinks, but seemed confused why I would expect an apology. Didn't wait for the meal, got a refund and left. Would not recommend eating or drinking from this place.

This is my go-to when I am in Northland. Coffee is consistently good and even though they are incredibly busy all of the time, the service is very efficient and friendly. My only gripe is the price of the cakes etc in the display cabinet. A bit too expensive for the serving size. Other than that, happy to recommend.

We order. Paid, and we take a seat. Our breakfast arrived, and my order was wrong. I called a waiter that my food doesn't look like the food I ordered. They corrected my order, My breakfast was pancakes with ice cream and berries. Services ok 7/10 Busy place. We both have latte 5/10. I can drink coffee or latte without sugar, but my niece needs sugar. Should have provided sugar on the side of saucers. It was good, hopefully, will improve each day with orders and tasty food.

Food taste really great but from the last year I felt in 2023 the position has become little bit smaller… but I give 5 stars for the quality
