I have ordered them a few times on Uber Eats and they haven't disappointed at all! They really don't lie when they say it's fresh salmon, it's a lot better than many quick sushi takeaway places. I find ordering in the morning is when you'll get the best quality since it would be just freshly made. View all feedback.
Ordered crispy chicken bento, prawn tempura and prawn tempura handroll through UberEatsBeautifully presented and delicious food! Can’t wait to order more in the future

A nice Japanese option in Springvale with friendly staff and anime on TV. The sushi rolls are standard but tasty none the less. My favourite however is the Katsu Curry which comes in a generously sized portion.
It takes quite a bit of courage to plop a Japanese restaurant right in the middle of Springvale, although it doesn't necessarily cater for the demographic it provides an alternative for those seeking something different.<br/ <br/ I get one of their happy boxes takeaway, I pop the lid open and the sushi was well constructed and nicely presented. The salmon nigiri was the clear winner and just melted in my mouth. Be weary of their wasabi in a packet, that literally made my eyes water it was that potent! The prawn nigiri were decent also.<br/ <br/ The Californian roll (inside out) was encrusted with a generous amount of fish roe, only downer was the imitation crab meat commonly used in this type of sushi which I'm impartial to. To the side was a small serving of seaweed salad.<br/ <br/ Impressed by their food, authentic or not. Would love to come back and try one of their non-sushi meals.
Now for the first thing I should declare when going to this restaurant, get rid of of your first look of judgment because don’t judge the book by its cover.<br/ <br/ This place is pretty damn good for being a Japanese restaurant in springvale (because that’s the only Japanese restaurant in a Vietnamese/Chinese/Cambodian district) and I appreciate another culture, a place you never seen before here! So +1 star for being brave for starting a Japanese restaurant in springvale!<br/ <br/ Mind that the lady who served me was timid and has minimal English due to experience with customer, I had forgotten this was springvale. But it was fine, service is service, they tried. Plus one!<br/ <br/ There’s only one person working trying hard prepare the food also having to do customer service, that’s something I acknowledge. The dishes in the photos may look small, but when she comes out with your food, you’d be surprised what you get for $10!<br/ <br/ All the dishes were huge, which me and my friends did not expect at all because we had doubts about the place since it was new.<br/ <br/ My first dish was the Udon Chicken Katsu, the broth I tasted first was fine, just a bit watery but has flavour, the noodles were soft to close perfection but could spend a bit more time in the water. The chicken was crunchy on the outside but very juicy and soft inside which was spectacular! <br/ <br/ The second thing I had was the Chicken Katsu Curry, the chicken, oh my lord Buddha god gracious, I appreciate chicken, but damnn, the size of the pieces of chicken was massive, at least 10 cm in length and the width is at most 3cm, and this is for one of the pieces that was cut up. It’s a great steal if you want to have a cheap and fulfilling meal!<br/ <br/ Overall this place had a great sense of vibe, with anime playing in the tv of course in Japanese, but everyone should know One Piece right now. Loving it playing in the background. I love this place already, I’d keep going to it until a new Japanese restaurant opens up in springvale. Hopefully this one stays for a while.<br/ <br/ <br/ <br/ <br/ <br/
