This food court styled restaurant is the best , I love all the food especially the Indian ! I love the butter chicken here especially. Great ambiance and decently priced food View all feedback.
I love my dosa but for some reason lately a lot of places have been disappointing now using sugar in their batter. Decided to give Palms a try again, and the dosa although a bit more expensive, was very crispy, fermented well and was the perfect combo with idli and vadai. Great value for money, and super friendly service as well.
Very affordable family place, we chose the banquet menu and the food was delicious .The quantity was more than enough for all of us.Staff us polite and service was fast.We felt we were looked after. Will be back for sure
The recently renovated Palms Restaurant really is the ideal place if you’re uncertain as to what to have for lunch/dinner. Been here a number of times and have rarely been disappointed. There are extensive Malaysian, Indian and Chinese dishes to choose from and deciding can be difficult. Carefully selected menu with a lot of authentic options will make you wanting to come back for more. Ideal place to bring the family or to celebrate any occasion as they cater for most events with private secluded areas. Fully licensed bar with beers on tap and some exciting dessert options.
Oh boy this is my childhood favourite it's a shame that I've moved out of the area now : however I always get the satay chicken, roti canai and fried rice and omgg it's amazing everytime and so quick plus it always cost me under $40 for a few days meals. Excellent keep it up please don't change.
The Palms offers a unique layout where within the restaurant there are four stalls each serving a different cuisine. I like to come here for a wide variety of choice owing to the fact that they serve Chinese, North Indian, South Indian and Malaysian cuisines which are all done fairly well. This time I ordered the chapati and dosa set($12.80) which also included a vadai, chutney and some curries. The dosa was light and crispy as was the vadai. I thought the chapati was ok but it was a bit dry. The accompanying curries were delicious and flavoursome but were not very spicy. Serving sizes are generous and you're sure to leave with a full stomach!<br/ <br/ Although, there isn't much in the way of ambiance but the restaurant is quite clean. While I didn't find the server at the stall taking my order particularly friendly, the waiters were all very lovely and attentive. Pretty much a frills-free experience but worth it for the food.
