Oya - Kurunjang

I highly recommend this place as the seafood was fresh, the menu had good variety and most importantly the price was affordable. We individually selected different nigiris and sushi rolls from the menu to make our customised platter. What really stood out for us was the Lobster Dragon Roll, the grilled scallop nigiri, the grilled unagi nigiri and the Soft-shell crab tempura Temaki roll. The lobster roll filling was very delicious and creamy. The grilled scallop was juicy and fresh. The Unagi sauce was well-seasoned and the eel itself was tender. The star of the show however, was the soft-shell crab Temaki roll with its crispy tempura batter and juicy crab meat. Definitely coming back to order the deluxe platter for my birthday dinner

Wonderful dinner last night with don and bento. Staff super friendly too. We will definitely be regulars now. **** yummy. Love the theatrical of the sushi train but above that it’s freshly made to order in front of you and a variety of different plates. Bento is also really good value and delicious. Best sushi train in South-Eastern burbs for sure!

Sushi train had a variety of sushi choices, the atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable, but there isn't any desserts, overall a great place to have some quiet dinner.
