Went for the lotus McFlurry but retrospectively realised that the advertising we had seen online regarding this was not for Australia so had to settle for an Oreo instead. There were a lot of Oreo pieces which I appreciated and who can resist a sneaky nugs pack View all feedback.

McDonald’s staff these days have no interest or concern for the job they are doing, just got drive through and asked at the widow if there was sauce with all 3 meals the young lady said yes sir there is but when I got home not 1 sauce with any meal, my money wasn’t worth the 5 seconds it would have taken to look and actually place the save in, but even when you call up to complain it’s sorry sir but we don’t really c... Very loud inside because of the friers beeping constantly which is a shame and true for every McDonald’s but otherwise generally pretty average as far as McDonald’s goes. The parking lot outside has disabled parking next to the door but the pathways are often full of trolleys/shopping carts so sometimes it’s inaccessible to me an my wheelchair. The parking lot also has a tiny cut curb leading from the main parking lot that is at and angle, making it too small for some trolleys/chairs to go down, meaning you’d have to drive/walk in the busy road full of cars and traffic. The cut curb is also situated in a way where the car parked next to it can be obstructive of your view of the traffic/parking lot and i can imagine how dangerous that could be for vision impaired/blind or otherwise disabled people like myself. The bathrooms are also locked which I understand for public use and vandalism but sucks. The disabled toilet is also locked and I’m not sure if it’s MLAK compliant either, since some worker had to open it with a screwdriver last time I used it, which can put people in a situation where their disability might be questioned or they may be unable to access the toilet for a while when waiting for a manager or key holder to open which they may need urgently because of their disability. Service is generally pretty okay and I don’t expect perfection from people working high stress minimum wage jobs but in my years going here they’ve generally been pretty friendly and helpful.

Got my order on Saturday night through drive through. I didn’t receive my sauce with my nuggets when I parked in the bay and checked if all my order was in there. Before I drove away I asked was everything in there and I was completely ignored and the staff continued to chat about something apparently more important than attending to customers needs. Staff need proper training with customer service. Also the chips tasted like they had been out for awhile. I would’ve gone inside the store to collect the missing item but I was in my pyjamas..
I just went through drive through and paid for a Medium cheese burger meal. Half way home started to eat my cheese burger which only had cheese and sauce on it! Umm is this the new cheese burgers? Wasnt happy
Clean toilets however staff have terrible attitude and food preparation area untidy. Not blaming them as they are all young this clearly stems from management
