Kfc Southland Mall - Kurunjang

I went to the kfc today to buy a popcorn chicken and a Mountain Dew and I was served by Michelle and also spoke to Zoe great customer service and very nice people. Food was pretty good compared to other kfc restaurants.

My frozen mountain dew wasnt a slurpy. I ordered a 3 piece feed, and i received 2 x chicken wings, 1 x breast, but did not receive a chicken drumstick. Chicken was placed in a bag and not in a box.

Have the staff heard of manners?? Just saying yes instead of hi there, what can I get for you is not how you great customers! Got food for takeaway and had extras on the zinger burger i asked for and charged for but didn 't recieve. Couldn 't be bothered going back as I didn 't want to deal with the servers again. Chips were 1/2 full. Seriously train your staff!

My fave KFC, apart from the young girl who serves you without uttering a single word and communicates by simply raising one eyebrow.

In the shopping centre and I see an advertisement on a LED screen saying 6 tenders for $6.95. Get to the counter and order the tenders, only to be told that it is for online orders only. Lol. Why advertise this in a shopping centre 20 metres from the KFC store if it's not available instore. Stupidity at its finest.
