India Delights - Kurunjang

Everything is so cheap here! You can get rice and cooked dishes for only $10-11. I tried a few of the dishes, and they are all cooked well and has the right amount of spices. The beef rendang was a tad too spicy though. I also had the mee hon goreng, and it was just okay. It has nice amount of ingredients in it, but not what I expected (I was expecting more Indonesian style). We also had roti kaya as dessert and it was pretty good! The place looks more like a canteen and sometimes there were no staff at the cashier but we were happy because we sat there for a while and they did not rush us out at all. Will come back and try other dishes.

GREAT VALUE GROUPON EXPERIENCE!<br/ <br/ We were regulars here before we saw their Groupon voucher. We usually get one of those metal platters with rice, meat and 2 veg but today we tried their 2 person banquet. There was so much food... easily the biggest portion we have ever seen for $29 set! Even though the cafeteria style seating is a bit uncomfortable we still felt the service to be very friendly. The shop owner was able to comply with our request for non spicy curry and changed the set Chicken 65 to their mild chicken curry. The lamb and chicken curries were both very tasty. We enjoyed their 2 flaky roti as well! At the end of the meal, she chatted with us for a while and told us if we ever come back we are welcome to change the mango lassi to teh tarik or one of their other hot drinks because it was a cold night. Just very thoughtful and accommodating which is surprising for a Groupon restaurant since some of them are very strict about changes and operate on a bottom line policy.<br/ <br/ The only criticism is the vegetable samosas have too much potato inside. There were a couple of peas and corn (I suspect from the frozen aisle) but the amount of potato made it quite unappetitizing. The samosa pastry was very crunchy and golden though. We also did not really enjoy the Chicken Tikka. The chicken was very dry and their was no tandoor grill taste or marks on the chicken pieces. The marinade on the chicken was flavourful but too thick and paste-y texture. The chicken tikka tasted boiled and very over cooked which is a shame. <br/ <br/ Would definitely return as the Groupon is a steal and we were very impressed with the service. We took away half the curries for lunch tomorrow... bonus!

This is absolutely the best Indian cafe/restaurant ever. Prices are really reasonable and the food is outstanding. I love this place. The eggplant masala is so delicious as is the Chicken 65. I would eat here every night if I could! Highly recommended 5/5!

We got the food through Uber Eats, which can be an option for you too.time wise, it was delivered on time.Food quality was excellent, biryani was cooked with Sri Lankan rice, which made that delicious dish even more better. Garlic Naan Roti was 5 of 5. The curries were really good too until I found a piece of chicken's skins with its feathers that was cooked in my chicken vindaloo. Gave me a feeling like a free fall from a cliff.But apart from that, I should show you a big thumb up and recommend it if you love Indian food.

Always drove past Indian Delights and was interested to try it out one Sunday! The menu was big with lots of Malaysian and Indian food to choose from. We got a couple of Toseh, butter chicken, garlic naan and a 'pick your own ' rendang, mutton and 2 veg. Portion sizes are very generous and all the food we chose was delicious! The teh tarik was authentic and very tasty! Staff was lovely and very friendly. Will definitely come in and try some other foods soon!
