Guzman Y Gomez Hawthorn - Kurunjang

Super delicious food but the wait time wasn 't the best. Came in around 6:15pm and didn 't get our food until 6:45pm. We ordered off of the app and the order had been updated as 'ready ', when we went to collect it the team said it would be out shortly, but I believe they manually select when it is ready? Turns out it was sitting in the delivery order area for about an additional 10 mins. The store itself is quite small and not too many areas to sit but the food is great overall, maybe just go in a less busy time.

Got the spicy chicken burrito bowl from here through uber eats. Smallest and saddest burrito bowl I've seen in my life, definitely smaller than what I've received ordering in person. Wouldn't fill a single small taco, let alone a burrito. Ate it in a couple of spoonfuls. Guzman has dropped off

I grabbed a burrito bowl from here for lunch and was surprised I had to pay an extra $1 to switch from white rice to brown. I already copped the surcharge on the guacamole at $2 plus an extra 50 cents because I wanted the slow cooked beef (note no other protein comes with a surcharge) after all that I found the guac element stingy and as such it lacked freshness and had a one dimensional flavour. A disappointing experience

Unfortunately wouldn 't recommend this restaurant. I ordered a chicken Quesadilla and was extremely disappointed with what I received. This was a 'scopp of chicken ' and I needed to pay extra for nore chicken to fill the wrap...maybe yse a smaller wrap? Won 't be returning

I was served by Luke at the Hawthorn shop today and ordered a Chicken burrito Bowl. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service and quality of the meal. Luke and the team were amazing. Will definitely return soon!!
