Love a good Grilld burger! The Patty's are delicious when all put together and cooked well you can demolish it no worries! Chips are of course always good and there is more than one option! View all feedback.
Don 't want none unless you got buns, hun. I 'm a regular here and I 've recently gone on a low carb diet. Grilld accommodates to my needs and cravings! I 'm a spice addict so my go-to order is the 'chilli addict ' with low carb bun. When they say chilli, they mean chilli. I 've found a lot of other burger joints put chilli levels on their menu but almost never spices up my day... Grill 'd, on the other and means business. I also like to enjoy (occasionally when I feel a bit sneaky on my diet) theur zucchini fries or new avocado chips (limited time only) and both are deliciouuuus. Cheers to the great and friendly staff!
Prior to turning coeliac I had gone to Grill’d once. I had a veggie burger which I didn’t enjoy and decided not to go back. My partner took me to Grill’d a few weeks back because they had plenty of gf options, and to my delight, it was actually delicious! I ordered the ‘Simon Says’ burger, which boasts a moist chicken breast fillet, cheese, bacon, avo, salad and tomato relish. When they asked what bun I wanted with it I rolled my eyes and said ‘gluten free please’. They asked me if it was an allergy or a preference (I was confused because who would choose one as a preference?! , said allergy, and to my delight, I was told that they have a separate spot for toasting the bun!!! It made me so excited that they’re so conscious in their kitchen about peoples intolerances. I paired my burger with a side of chips, also gluten free, which are so ridiculously delicious that I cannot stop eating them once I’ve started. Not a bad word to say about Grill’d!
I’ve been reviewing Grill’d restaurants for a fair few years now via Zomato.<br/ <br/ They’ve always wanted a 5 from me as it’s always done in a funny way when I post this on Twitter. <br/ <br/ But the highest I’ve gone over the years is a 4.5.<br/ <br/ Today is truly the exception.<br/ <br/ The food was great and service was truly mind blowing as they were slammed with customers, with a line stretching right out the door.<br/ <br/ Very efficient, effective and friendly service.<br/ <br/ Kudos to team Grill’d at Fountain Gate.
This place is absolutely incredible for bringing large groups. Our company brought a group of kids here (30 people) and they served us in 10 minutes. Very flexible payment options and the service is impeccable. The food was consistent, served hot, and the staff were all working so well together. Thank you for such a great lunch!!
The only reason I am reviewing Grill 'd is due to the many changes I have witnessed today in this particular location. I haven 't had Grill 'd for a couple of months and realised the shift in dynamics. So now you are greeted by a host who directs you to a certain table (already have numbers then you choose what you want to order and walk over to the counter to order, then sit back down. While the host directs you to a table she or he will ask you if you prefer a certain area proceeds to place a 'I am taken please don 't sit here ' sign on the table; so when you order nobody takes your spot. The problem was we already knew what we wanted to order and as the host was busy with someone else and we didn 't know about the service change, we proceeded to just walk to the counter. I don 't know how I feel about this change, I guess every service has pros and cons. Just need time to get used to it as my partner and I are Grill 'd fans! Anyway back to the burger. I got the 'simply Grill 'd ' burger and the boyfriend got the 'baah baah burger '. As always they were great! My burger lacked in tomato relish which is the main reason I get it in the first place. My partner and I usually half our burgers and share so we get a taste of something different too : I recommend doing this as there are knives available! There also was significant change in their menu; more flavour combinations and variety catering for different food lovers. I never really knew they had a 'vegan burger ' as they never really highlighted it in their menu, one of the staff said it was new! I want to try it next time just out of curiosity! Overall food was good, service was okay and I recommend everyone to give this franchise a try!
