Funky Thai - Kurunjang

Went for lunch on Saturday with the wife, food was excellent plentiful, service was great can't complain about the prices

Wow!! I haven’t had Thai food in Melbourne before so I thought I better give this local place a go. Unfortunately with a sick baby, I had to order Uber Eats. However it didn’t have an impact on my experience. Honestly the best pad Thai I have had in a long time, the flavors are spot on. Smokey from the wok and the sweetness is not overpowering but enough to get your tastebuds going. The red curry was also very flavorful and was a match made in heaven with the coconut rice just wish I had a few more veges in it. Lastly the jungle curry was so interesting and very authentic with the peppers in it! It was very complimenting with the other dishes. I am excited I had found this place and looking forward to trying other dishes!!! Give it a go peeps!

I have eaten at this restaurant several times now, food service is always great, they have a good choice of dishes, staff are polite friendly, I highly recommend it.

One of the more authentic Thais around. The Pad Thai isn't too sweet. The som tum not too overpowering. The roast chicken was soft and tender and customer service was excellent.

I have eaten Thai all around the world especially in Thailand and I rate this as one of the best. Fresh and fast and the staff are wonderful and attentive. They even gave my father a birthday card and free mango and Sticky rice to take home. He was over the moon. Also lived in Keilor my whole life and never eaten out in the village until this Thai has opened. Stir fry chilli jam with cashew nut is amazing. The tofu also is delicious I don’t normally eat it.
