Dosa Hut Indian Multi Cuisine Roxburgh Park

We had a Pan from there yesterday and they sell the fresh pan. But does it look like Fresh?? The worse experience ever had not recommended at all.

Food and staff are great always a pleasure to eat and spend time her with friends . Keep up great service and staff. Best Dosa E biryani for sure !!

Food might be good some times but it always comes with a bad customer service experience. Went there on Tuesday night and it is not my first visit with my family, we have been there few times now and our average bill is about $200. The staff is definitely not trained enough as per hospitality standards. On our last visit i saw a waitress dipping her fingers in the curries while serving it on the table. Anyway, yesterday we ordered a kids meals, couple of starters and mains, I specifically mentioned that plz bring kids meal with starters but as you must have seen in some other comments here, starters came with one of the mains and in a minute there was another mains on its way, i asked the girl who was serving us why is kids meal not here and why are you bringing mains meal? She said she told the kitchen staff but she has no control over how things would come out of the kitchen. We kept one mains and send other mains back but still waiting for kids meal. After 15 minutes finally the kids meal was served. But the food we returned was just sitting on a table in the kitchen not in a warmer, how do i know? Bcoz When the food finally came on table half of the mains were not hot enough, i could tell they have been sitting there for a while. Anyway, when the mains were served, no serving spoons were provided, its a usual practice, we always have to ask for serving spoons. Most of the main meal had chicken but guess what, no knife was supplied either, again, had to ask for it. By the time all this was happening the waiter got nervous and dropped a glass of water on the floor next to my mothers feet. Anyway, then we saw a ticket there which says new arrival for Faluda Kulfi, this ticket was still there 3 months ago, is it really new arrival? Anways, we asked for 2 Faluda Kulfi, the guy who was serving said we dont have faluda, i said then why you have the ticket on the counter he said yes and laughed and finally walked off and NEW ARRIVAL ticket still stays there. Customer service really sucks in this restaurant. (See pictures of the ticket and kids meal)

Food just taste ok! Used to frequent this place for lunch but the service and taste seems going downhill

Food taste is good..but service was bad..place was dirty.. too noisy inside..but its a good place for takeway
