can we just talk about hose poke bowls and potato cakes. I had the Barramundi Poke bowl and OMG, the fish was just melting in the mouth, combination in there was perfect and the brown rice didnt make it dry at all. perfect. those Potato Cake were so crispy but fluffy in the middle, amazing flavour and texture.
