For dinner, we tried the award-winning Di Parma pizza and the Al Tartufo gnocchi. The pizza featured a perfectly thin and crispy crust, generously topped with delicious mozzarella, while the gnocchi boasted a firm texture and rich truffle flavor. For dessert, we indulged in the Cuore di pistacchio, which was decadently delightful thanks to its generous filling of pistachio spread. Overall, we left the restaurant thoroughly satisfied with our meal!

The Di Parma pizza was crafted with exceptional Italian ingredients, and it truly lived up to its reputation. I really enjoyed the dough and the delightful combination of flavors from the toppings. I will definitely return to explore more options on the menu!

Although we couldn't visit 48h Pizza Gnocchi Bar due to lockdowns, we were fortunate enough to win a couple of tickets to their online gnocchi-making classes. They provided the recipe, and we gathered the ingredients. The class lasted about an hour, during which we made our gnocchi alongside the instructor. The guidance was spot-on, and we learned plenty of tips and tricks from expert gnocchi makers. I highly recommend this as a fun activity to escape the monotony of being at home. They also offer pizza-making classes, which I'm sure would be just as enjoyable!

What can I say? This place was amazing! The service was spot on, our waitress was friendly, kind and warm. The menu had a great range of choices, and the gluten free pizza base was INSANELY GOOD! We will be back! Recommend trying the gnocchi if you visit.
