Front of shop is dirty and litter lying everywhere, staff members not using gloves when handling the food. Chips served with meal is very small and bland almost as if it was beginning to go stale. One cashier working, another sits and watches as he works, overall customer service is poor, expect a visit from the department of health. Won't support this franchise outlet again. Food: 3

Steers Kuruman. Pathetic delivery service. Ordered food 17:03 (i know they take long) it is now 18:48. I am not able to track my order online i phoned queries at 18:01 and she said the food is out for delivery. It is now 18:49 still nothing. Apparently the driver took out two orders and he ran out of petrol so had to go back to the restaurant. Still, Kuruman, nothing is 50+ minutes away, regardless how many times you have you have to drive up and down.
Horrible service, had to wait 2 hours for delivery, and half of my order wasn't delivered, how hard is it to read the slip before you take it out the store, would not recommend to anyone, still waiting on my milkshakes.
