I had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant today around 11:45. I was the only customer waiting to place my order, but after more than five minutes, I was completely ignored. The service was incredibly poor. View all feedback.
Every time we come to ur KFC we never get wat we want always ask for certain things in our meals and thay do opposite and this isn't a one off
Ordered online and this is the third time now ordering for kurri and the third time the staff do t read the order I have made to them and the manager there is never any help

Not accommodating to people with disabilities or seniors. You cannot get the soecials unless you order through their app. Try telling a person with disabikities or a senior to do this. Disgusting behaviour by staff
