Worst samadhan hotel experience ever. We have booked AC 24hrs hot water room, The receptionist was the first to accept payment and allotted us the AC room and told about the hot water 24hr, but we were given non functional AC hot water room, later in the hour, the receptionist was harsh because he was fully drunk and demanding more money to pay for AC and hot water his name is Vasant Jadhav.
