Rudka S.r.o. - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Rudka S.r.o.:
Unfortunately, one big disaster that not even the very nice staff can save. In December, the room was not heated, after an emergency at the reception, a call to the manager, airing by the cook, they moved me to another room after 2 hours. Beautiful family hotel with restaurant. The place where you can go for a great meal during the week is a selection of several dishes from the weekly menu and otherwise there is a selection from an extensive menu where everyone can find what they want.
