STALE CHICKEN BIRIYANI !!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We waited half an hour for the table and then while placing the order they inform us that all seafood and mutton dishes are unavailable. What an apathy after waiting for so long. Ordered Chicken Biriyani and just imagine for such a reputed establishment the biriyani has stale piece of chicken and was smelling like gutter. Complained to the order taker but no appropriate response from him (He took the stale chicken to the kitchen and brought one piece and said it was a mistake). Just paid the entire bill and left.
Did not like the behavior of the non malayali staff who took our order. He seemed bit rude n was least interested. Not a language problem as he spoke malayalam with his accent. As for food just ok. Cleanliness should be improved
The food was terrible. We ordered Kerala paratha, Chettinad curry, and beef fry. Our day was ruined. This used to be my favorite place, but it may not be my first choice anymore.
I had a great time with my friends at the restaurant. We ordered appam with beef and chicken dishes. The combination of beef and appam was delicious and highly recommended.
I went with my friend MG road Aripa Restaurant evening 5.30 04/11/2023 . I order foods was not hot and no taste. Restaurant was not cleaned staff was not in a good behavior.Tea was nice
