Very bad customer service. Upon entering the restaurant nobody greeted, welcomed us or directed us to the seating area. In addition to that,once we sat down our waitress disappeared for about 1 hour. No one came to ask us if we were ready to order our meals until we approached another waitress nearby. We will not be returning to the kumasi branch. View all feedback.

Starbites can be found in several locations throughout Accra, including Airport City, Dansoman, East Legon, Tema, Westlands, Castle Road, and N1, as well as in Kumasi at Adum, Asokwa, and Kentinkrono.
The atmosphere is fantastic, and the venue is lovely. The food and service are of high quality.
