I experienced excellent service, and our waitress was incredibly nice and polite. The atmosphere was lively, even though we visited during the festive season. The food was delicious and well-prepared; I enjoyed the presentation of each dish. Overall, it's a fantastic place to visit when you're in Kumasi, especially if you're near the shopping center. They also offer takeout options.

I would never go there again.

Waitresses, surprisingly, were upset that we were complaining. It also looked like there was only one chef....how??!! They just kept lying about the waiting time too. So unprofessional. And then what made it worse was the chef using his/her hand to dish out the salad !!!!!! Chicken was slightly burnt too. Very very bad experience. I definitely wouldn't go there again.

Got one of the best services there and the waitress was very nice and polite to us. The environment was placid despite going there during the festive season. The food was nice and well prepared. It tasted good and I liked the whole garnishing. All in all, a good place to go to if happen to be in Kumasi and close to the mall. They have the take-out option too.
