service is not really satisfied when the arrival was told to me and my team that they serve the breakfast, I spent all my weekend in the hotel and not even water was brought to me, we had to wait for one of the rooms to clean before they wait that they have customers before cleaning? and oh their rooms need some upgrades, and pls room 3 especially the bathroom pls. Very small parking space. The quality of the rooms can be upgraded to suit the location of the hotel.
It was an experience of a lifetime, good customer service n very healthy environment.
This restaurant is perfect for a relaxing afternoon. It has been well-maintained for over two decades, which speaks to its quality. I would recommend it to those who want a great experience without spending unnecessarily on luxury. The spacious dining area is located in one of the more popular areas of Kumasi metropolis. You can enjoy a comfortable meal here without breaking the bank, and I believe anyone who visits will appreciate the atmosphere and recommend it to others.
The customer service was lacking. Some rooms did not have air conditioning. They were unable to provide lunch and dinner, and there was no breakfast offered on the weekends.
The service was quite disappointing. Upon our arrival, my team and I were informed that breakfast was served, but throughout the entire weekend, we didn’t even receive water. We also had to wait for one of the rooms to be cleaned before we could check in—do you really wait for guests to arrive before you start cleaning? Additionally, the rooms are in need of some upgrades, particularly room 3, where the bathroom requires urgent repairs. Please address these issues.
