Le Comptoir - Kumamoto

I loved Le Comptoir in Paris (last 2 photos), and it was a pleasant surprise to find the same name in Kumamoto where amazing French are served with local ingredients. The chief chef Shuhei Konno was born as Kyushu-danji by Oita and trained in Lyon (Fr) and other places in Europe, served as chief chef at the Consul General of Japan in Amsterdam and opened here at Kaminoura Street. He curates locally grown meat and fish, and his wife also grows veggies in her own garden and serves quite gentle but excellent dishes in a beautiful cozy atmosphere. Great wine list, too. And don't forget to pay attention to his bread as well as Canelé that are super good.

I ordered 8000 yen lunch. This time, I was the first French restaurant, but the customer service was great and I was able to enjoy meals without tension. It was delicious

2021年2月の土曜日、夜に6000円、8000円、10000円、そして8000円のコースを試しました。今まで食べたことのない料理がたくさんあり、特に楽しめました。卒業祝いに訪れたため、飲み物やアルコールは十分に楽しむことができましたが、また行きたいと思っています。2人で3万円未満に抑えつつ、たくさん飲みました。シャンパンが非常に美味しかったです。

2021年 2月 土曜日 夜 6000,8000,10000円、8000円 今まで試していなかった料理はたくさんありました。 卒業祝いに来たので、食料品やアルコールは余裕があるよりも多かったのですが、もうやってみたいです。 2人で3万未満の消費を抑えて、たくさん飲んだ。 シャンパンがとても美味しくいただきました。

お誕生日のお祝いで、ランチのフルコースをご馳走していただきました。 県産の旬の材料を使ったお料理は、見た目も美しく、もちろんとっても美味しく。 お料理が運ばれてくるたびに感動していました。 お料理の説明も丁寧にしていただき、嬉しかったです。 見ただけでは全く味の想像がつかないのも、お料理を口にする楽しさの一つですね。 料理に合わせてセレクトしていただけるワインのセットもあって、シャンパーニュ、白ワイン、赤ワインをいただき、料理とのマリアージュを楽しみました。 写真はのせていませんが、自家製のハーブをたくさん使った香り高いフルーツのジュレのデザートは、お皿にhappy birthdayのメッセージを描いていただき、すごく嬉しかったです。 幸せいっぱいの食事でした！ 何かの記念日の時には毎回ここがいいな あー美味しかった
