Friendly and helpful staff, the water bowl for our dog was already ready when we arrived. Warm welcome, also for our dog, who was pampered (it was asked first) with treats and cuddles. Our palate was also able to experience a taste “highlight”. This restaurant is on our list to visit again. View all feedback.
Friendly and efficiently run hotel right next to the train station. It's very practical for skiing because you don't stumble over it Ski cellar directly on the platform. The train takes you directly to the gondola valley station in 15 minutes. It's hardly that easy to get by car. We always like to come back.
A very nice hotel, our room was very spacious, dinner in the restaurant was very good. Only complaint was the beds were too soft.
Unfortunately, our second visit to the Terminus restaurant was a disappointment. The service was quite incompetent and pushy. When I called ahead to ask if fondue was offered, everything seemed fine. But when we chose a different dish in the restaurant, it led to an unpleasant discussion with the chef. Such behavior is completely unprofessional in the catering industry and spoils the entire experience. The food itself was OK, but that couldn't save the situation. We were looking forward to a pleasant evening, but were disappointed. Based on these experiences, we unfortunately cannot recommend the Terminus restaurant.
Opening hours on the website are Wednesday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. On site it was said that they were closed from 2:30 p.m. because there were no staff.
