When they finally did, the sta... read more I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. First, I stood for more than 5 minutes without being attended by any staff. When they finally did, the staff were rude and continued talking about personal matters while serving customers. This is unprofessional and not the right attitude for customer service. I paid RM18 for a Spicy Mayo Salad Bowl and received only 6 small chunks of chicken. Honestly, is this worth the price? On top of that, when I requested more sauce, I was told about so many SOPs.. cannot this, cannot that. They only drizzled a tiny amount of mayo (even after I asked for extra twice), and it was still not enough for a salad. Tell me, who eats salad without proper sauce? A salad without enough dressing is simply not enjoyable. This outlet is definitely not a good place to go. Please avoid, especially given the unfriendly staff attitude. I hope Subway management takes serious action on this matter. While writing this, I also read other reviews and noticed many customers have had bad experiences with the staff at this outlet.
