This is the worst KFC experience I’ve had so far. I placed an order using the KFC app for pickup at 1:15 pm. However, the front counter staff informed me that they would only start preparing the order at 1:15 pm, and they refused to follow the app’s pickup instructions. Either this is the SOP at KFC Plaza Merdeka, or the staff are deliberately mishandling orders, which only results in poor service and bad reviews for this outlet.
