However, there are a few points that disappointed me and that I would like to address here. I don't understand why you have to choose the side dishes separately and pay extra. I find that neither customer friendly nor appropriate, especially given the already high prices. In terms of taste, the food was good, but rather technical it lacked that certain something that you might expect at such prices. However, the service was an absolute nuisance. The service was not only unfriendly, but also completely apathetic. It was almost as if you had to serve yourself you had to hand plates directly to the waitress because nothing happened on its own. No smile, no facial expressions, nothing that could have created a pleasant atmosphere in any way. The ambience was also disappointing no feel good factor at all. I found it particularly disappointing that on a special occasion, such as a birthday, no accommodation was shown on your part. No small thank you, no attention, nothing. I would have expected that from a restaurant with high standards. In summary, I have to say that the service and operation were a complete disaster. The entire experience was unsatisfactory and I hope that you will take my criticism as an impetus to work on these points.
