What Jane Nagarajan doesn't like about Kfc Kuantan:
Stragetically situated KFC outlet here with food quality similar to their standard. Problem is with parking and very very poor WiFi connection provided here. Disappointing to say the least. Even the staff working there are not helpful in this aspect. Otherwise, if its just for the food, it's ok. The idea to have parking lots for drive-thru is ok until its filled up by non-customers. Staff very friendly, quality food was better than other kfc in this area. Fast services
The chic is big and juicy. Service is fast and good but there is a lot of item not avail during my visit ie fries, wadges, bottle coke and sjora drinks. Chili sauce also not refill
Customer service at worst level. Campak2 ayam. I request for thigh instead of peha kecik and the staff campak ayam. Train your staff please, thank you.
