What Jane Pillai doesn't like about Shangri-la Kuala Lumpur:
Shang palace supposed to be 1 of KL fine chinese restaurant. But their dim sum is very lousy. Service and food all below hotel standard. Very disappointed dining experience. View all feedback.

Upgraded from 4* to 5* since change of Chief Chef recently. The chef from their famous Lafitte outlet now runs this bar. What a difference in food quality for the same menu. Prices still very good value for money too.

Have been a few times. I recommend the prime rib and tenderloin. With a maybank am ex card the value is incredible.
