I was thrilled to hear that the Holy Guacamole restaurant from Georgetown would be opening a sister restaurant in KL. As a fan of Tex-Mex cuisine, I was excited to try it out. I haven't been this disappointed in a restaurant in a long time. When we arrived, we were told there were no tables available due to reservations. Despite waiting for 40 minutes, there were 7 empty tables the whole time. They prioritize reservations over walk-in customers, even if the reservations are late. This is consistently unprofessional.
