Contrary to Ct Sin 's review, my experience was quite the opposite to him/hers. WATAK UTAMA: The Manager, Malay guy, around 178cm, slim, obnoxious. We dined in on a SATURDAY NIGHT, 1. Made booking at 8:00pm, was told to be there on time as we were told they close at 9:00pm (and we have to get out from there at 9:00pm SHARP) [Profile clearly stated 10am 10pm] 2. Food arrived super fast at 8:10pm (most probably bcos the manager staff nak balik cepat kot) 3. Then we were reminded that the last order is at 8:15pm (we had to order our desserts before we nak makan satu suap pon) 4. Halfway tgh makan, at 8:30pm we were served the bill (manager nak balik awal, so kena buat closing cepat2) 5. Desserts served at 8:33pm (only have Mango sticky rice, Red Ruby dah habis ; most likely the Chef dh nak balik, so Mango sticky rice tu buat microwave je) 6. By 8:40pm, even though half of our table belom habis makan, the Manager come to our table and ask to take away dishes yg dah habis 7. After the rest of the table dah habis, he AUTOMATICALLY clear the table without asking permission, AND THE MANAGER GOT DA AUDACITY TO STARE BACK AT ME when I ask him to not take as I have not finished by dessert. p.s. We even asked the Manager Got function ke, lepas pkl 9:00pm? He replied no, we close at 9:00pm Food ratings: Steam lime fish super spicy not sour at all Coconut shake Vanilla shake with hint of coconut water, not worth the price tag Mango sticky rice white sauce salty only dish good is Tom yum, cukup sour spicy Final Review: 1. If in Google stated closed at 10:00pm, but korang tutup awal, Management please amend this error 2. Come on lahh, Saturday night close at 9:00pm, you think everyone have dinner at 6:30pm? 3. Don 't rush the customers while they are enjoying their meal, HELLO WE PAY YOUR SERVICE TAX ALSO, can we refuse to pay if we rasa service tu x baloi? 4. Time pagi, buat slow2 sbb xde mood; time malam, buat cepat2 sbb nak balik awal... NEVER WILL I COME TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN, COME AT YOUR OWN RISK THIS RESTAURANT SHOULD BE BOYCOTTED UNTIL THEY FIRE THE WHOLE TEAM, ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER!!

Service is very slow. A couple came in 30mins after us and they got their rice and food first while we receive just this yet. So the food stayed there for awhile going cold with no plates and so on. 15mins later only, they decided to bring in plates and the rest of the food.

Manager was extremely rude, no patron in cafe and most of the time using phone. We called to ask for additional rice- his body language was so rude. I dont know how can this place survive in Mont Kiara if u have manager like this- the outlet culture is going to be bad. The staff will follow. I hope management can train or replace foreigner instead as local as they are not interested to serve customers. I dine in Thursday 22nd Oct for lunch.

Food is reliable and good in my opinion. I usually takeaway or order Grab so I've not dined in. The tom yam soup and pad thai is nice

I ate here several times but recently I’m just not impressed. Ever since my favourite manager left, everything dipped. I almost threw a spoon to try and get one of the waiters attention. I was almost to the point of shouting. The restaurant has become more and more empty everyday. Truly disappointing. Not as disappointing as the chicken gra pow (stir fry chicken basil). Absolutely disgusting. BUT everything else I usually order is quite good. My favorite is the prawn cakes, spicy beef and chicken cashew-nut. And the price is on the high side. BTW don’t order the milk tea, it’s just incredibly diluted, stick to beer or soft drinks.
