Fish n chip was overcooked. I ordered 4 chicken chop.but however received only 3. My sincere advice is for those who wanted to order chicken chop from here, please order KFC via Food Panda. N u can spend time at your room (for tourist) as u will get fries, spicy chicken and coleslaw same thing here. Third, their customer service need continuous improvement on how to take, deliver and check orders. A sincere smile, customer will be appreciated. I have to pay RM70 for: 3 chicken chop, (kfc taste.ordered 4, received 3) 1 fish chip, (overcooked) 1 Lamb chop, (average) 3 Air Sirap 1 Teh O Ais Overall, I might not come again but I wish their service, menu, food taste can be improved as I foresee, there is hope for that. Food was serve quite fast! Servers are all very alert to customers. Portion wise is enough and big for 1, would come again for the ambience!

Very bad customer service with not friendly staffs at all. Staffs with no passion to work, don 't know how to alert when customer come in even it 's not crowd. Not even smiling besides when customer say 'thank you ' they don 't even greet back. Very bad manners!!! For the business owner bare in mind, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NUMBER 1 for your business to sustain. For the food and drink, Chicken Chop and Thai Green Tea as selected, everything just fine except the batter was salty. As a customer whom come to Langkawi annually, I 'll prefer go to other eatery places .

The food was great. The service should improve for the better. I think the language is one thing and attention to customers is another. But will come again for taste and price. Sweet and sour fish was great be sure to order rice with it. The lemon herb and pineapple lychee was outstanding!
