For pastry and dessert needs, you may find most of what needs, you may find lower prices in other shops, but for sure not for the same excellent quality as it is in pastry pro shop. they keep all goods in the fridge, this will keep them very fresh.

Pastry Pro supplies fresh products and that is guaranteed. Also, the friendly service from their staff. However, I am a bit doubtful with the weight esp when they repacked into small package. For example, I bought 400gm of nuts and they weighed the nuts with the bag. Meaning I get at least 3-4gm less than what I have paid. I hope they read this and make improvements.

Lots of hard to find items, like raw nuts and quality baking ingredients. Bulk cheese if in stock. Friendly and helpful staff.

I buy here since many years. The selection of flour and seeds and nuts is great. But the started to pack up in fancier bags and that lifts the prices. Not a good idea. But now as I see the management response I am thrilled to get the same service and prices again. Thanks guys see you soon

Googled baking supplies because I could not find any whipping cream in the shops near where I was staying. Pastry pro sold me some New Zealand whipping cream so I was able to enjoy my coffee.
