Klondayk - Kryvyi Rih

A Yudo miracle from a Klondike, this restaurant is expensive for the service provided. We were seated on high chairs, with 50 adults looking for children who were charged $150 each. There was an additional 10% service charge, but the waiter forgot to bring salt because it was not assigned to our table. Despite their competitive nature, they did bring a bungalow to our attention, allowing us to contact management if needed. I would not recommend spending money on this questionable experience.

The kitchen is awful, with very limited options to choose from. The meat salad only had stale tomatoes and tough meat. Although the service was great, the overall dining experience was disappointing.

One morning, we called the restaurant at 4 o'clock to see if they were open. A girl named Oksana answered and said they were open until 6 o'clock and that they were waiting for us. We called a taxi and arrived at the restaurant, where a security guard informed us they were closed for a banquet. We tried calling again, and someone finally answered. When we questioned why they said they were open when they were not, they simply laughed and hung up. The laughter could be heard both on the phone and outside the establishment. Despite asking to speak to the administrator, no one came out to address the situation. This experience ruined our day and was a waste of time and money.

Bad. We came in the morning at the karaoke (which should work around the clock) but it does not work. . .
