After a TripAdvisor research we found this location and it was amazing. Service was friendly and helpful on the vin selection. The Kitchen know how to make/create good french food. The view from the restaurant and the interior of the Hotel/restaurant are a 1+. The...picture says anothe.
Breakfast in particular was fabulous-so much choice and home made specialities- but the demi pension dinner menu was excellent too. Rooms very cosy and thoughtfully equipped. Some may find the soft furnishings and soft toys a but much, but i found the ambience charming. Would...return without hesitation if in the region
Wonderful evening meals (4 course) from the Menu Not sure what wine to have? Then go for the option to have 3 different wines selected to be drunk with each course. Plentiful selection of food and drink at breakfast Make sure you try the home-made...bread, jams, yogurt.
We made reservations for this restaurant on a Saturday night not really knowing what to expect. This place did not disappoint. Very nice and authentic interior with a wonderful view of the valley. We got off to a bad start as the cremator we ordered tasted of cork but we were given a new bottle straight away. From then on, nothing to complain about. The chef takes traditional Alsatian dishes to a much higher level. Original and above all very tasty! We selected the selected wine options and we were happy we did. All in all, our best dining experience of our week-long Alsace.
