Long waiting time in the queue, kulson is hanging around for yaprak to save the situation. Poor hygiene of the premises.

Been coming here for over 10+ years, and in recent years it has really deteriorated due to the crowds. Kapsalon 9 out of 10 times, limp, not properly cooked fries underneath or fries that were removed too quickly with a lot of fat, are not drained properly. Have been warned several times about the large pieces of meat they put in at the end of the roll, which is finely chopped with a kitchen knife. Doner/yaprak is known for its fine, thin, long pieces. When they are too busy, they sometimes forget to cut the doner, which means you end up with overcooked meat (bone dry and tough). Don't throw them away. And then there is the fact that during busy times they start selling half/kilo containers, which means you wait a very long time. You shouldn't be there during rush hours either, you can certainly stand outside for half an hour or 45 minutes on cold/rainy days. Tent is seriously neglected, staff are chaotically mixed up. Ceiling and floors no longer look good. On hot days they are sweating like this, have been seen several times, they are wiped with a wrist or cloth and then they close another durum roll. They smoke outside and then go back to work without washing their hands. There is an older gentleman inside who has been wearing the same Bosch T-shirt every day for years (assumption). Every time I see him he has that on and sometimes I came several times in a week. Once upon a time, a rat walked under the kitchen, they gave it a kick and the animal flew back under the kitchen. Had a burnt sandwich once, only found out after a few bites, offered a new one with a stupid joke, but I didn't feel like it anymore because of the burnt taste. Furthermore, meat is tasty and cheap, vegetables are fresh because they rotate well, and there is a wide choice of drinks. Few places to sit, it is difficult to eat there. I always pick up!! And very occasionally I take it with me. Parking: You park anywhere on the road, sidewalk, wherever you find a spot. There is a lot of thunder on the street. Pity the local residents.
