Good drinks on the menu, especially if you have a subscription and have an espresso house very close so that you visit almost every day, but it seems expensive at full price without discount coupons otherwise. The last three times I've asked for an iced latte, I've received coffee that has gone straight into the bin. It hasn't even looked like an iced latte. It is not so easy to go back and complain when there is a poor young employee behind the counter who is stressing about serving everyone alone.
