The restaurant Röck-Stöck (no idea what the name means) is a good bourgeois restaurant. The menu has something for every taste. The portions are generous and the food is delicious and appealing. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the decor is cozy and meets the taste of the 50th generation. The outdoor terrace is also attractive and comfortable at appropriate temperatures. It's a pity that the Röck isn't aroun... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rock-Stock im Park:
at the weekend we were to the new opening of the Röck-Stöck in the park znd have felt well. The restaurant is now open after a long break and offers regional/German cuisine. also the card is a little swanky and would also be happy with more wings. but the menu is a lively work and sometimes look like it develops. We wish for the new pächter a lot of success View all feedback.
We were a party of 17 and we had booked a table, actually we had only booked for 12 but 5 more came. Despite the restaurant being almost empty (one other table busy) our waitress made absolutely no attempt to add a table or to help out in any way to seat the extra people. Don't forget extra people means extra money in the till but no we had to squeeze up and fit in. We were booked for 5.30 and at 7.15 our meals arrived, well 16 meals arrived and one was missing. The drinks service was very slow and it looked like a case of not enough waitresses (only one) The food was fine and everyone commented on this BUT eating out is about more than the taste of the food, it's about being greeted in a friendly way, being helped out over the orders, it's about service and civility and being made to feel welcome and well treated. At Rock Stock this was all missing and most of the 17 people left, thinking 'I won't be going there again. OK Rock Stock earned over 400€ from our party but when they run out of repeat customers then the business is finished. We had read that the management is new at Rock Stock, if they keep this up, they won't last long. PS the waitress tried to overcharge one man 10€ too much but his daughter spotted it.
We were there for two on a weekday evening. another table was occupied. the service was flotted between the smoke breaks, but not friendly, but lifted up in the attitüde as I imagined in a French 5-star temple. we have not felt well. The food was basically in order, but with too much fat on the bratkartoffels and on the meat. The whole impression was that we will not go there again.
