We were in the PURINO for the second time yesterday. Unlike the first visit yesterday it was very well visited. The location speaks of ambience alone for itself. Contrary to other reviews, the service was very attentive and friendly. Sarah in the service can only be a great praise. The food came timely and tasted excellent. We had a very nice evening and will definitely come back View all feedback.

Inacceptable. Two hours waiting for a few pizzas and noodles, that's too long. The food itself was really nothing special, the parma ham on the pizza already tasted very marginal, the salmon came only lukewarm on the table and the risotto was a sticky, unattractive rice mass. We came to Purino today with my 92-year-old mother. Don't stop for dinner no to be sent home with my mother in a wheelchair. Yes, indeed we were good 30 Miunten before the reserved time at 17:00 in the restaurant. There is a very **** arrogant, unconscious and completely inexperienced woman at the reception in the 3/4 empty restaurant and welcomes us with the words that we are too early and you cannot give us a table. I'm evacuating and pointing to the huge empty tables. Yeah, but it wouldn't go anyway. We're too early. My mother now sits in a wheelchair because she can't run anymore and it's a creepy strapping to get her out of the car. That's what I'm trying to make the young lady clear, but that's what she's doing. She's the shift manager and wouldn't make an exception here. Just undamaged! Service desert Germany. Hopefully, management recognizes such blatant mistakes! Unfortunately, one cannot learn humanity and respect through retrains. All of this is absolutely discarded and Purion has lost us as a customer! In the city we were warmly welcomed in the Coban and have eaten great.
Despite reservation (2 people) we had to wait 25 minutes for a free table although there were plenty of free tables to see. If we had wished that the waiting period will be made good to the house with a drink. We waited for dinner for an hour. After further drinks we were only asked for food. The two dishes (pizza and noodles) were fine but also no recommendation for the next time. Best to dress warm as very fresh in the restaurant
