My father ordered dish 75: pork fillet medallions with herb butter, French fries, and salad for €19.00. What came to the table was an outrage: the medallions were dry, tough, and disappointing in taste. When we pointed this out to the waiter, there was no reaction – neither a word of regret nor an offer of compensation. For a meal in this price range, I expect freshness, quality, and at least a modicum of service. None of that was present here. The value for money is abysmal – once and never again!

Being spontaneous, we went without a reservation. Right at the front counter...the silverback told us to wait 20 minutes – at least. After a good five minutes, something finally became available... Yes, about one of 10 free tables in the large room. And no one had left the place in the meantime. I 'm assuming there was a method here. Ordered... a large shandy, and a mixed bag with the others. The shandy was delivered and was a beer. Since no one came back to the table, even after subtle reminders, I went to the counter. A new shandy was brought to me. It was another beer. Thanks, that was it. I didn 't want to drink that stuff, but my companion 's further drink orders were also impossible because we, like others, were skillfully sidestepped. btw. The gyro special was... barely average, but far from truly good. Thanks, Lukullludingsbums... I really don 't need you anymore. Report from 2017 I 've been here many times and unfortunately had a very similar experience the last three times. So today 's visit was unfortunately our last. After about 30 minutes, we were asked what we 'd like to drink... Ordered! But we couldn 't order the dishes we had already chosen, as there was plenty of time for that, from the drinks man.... The drinks arrived about 10 minutes later. We were allowed to order food right away. After a 40-minute wait, it was about time. In addition to bread with tzatziki and shrimp as an appetizer, we also ordered the main courses.... After about 10 minutes, the salad was slammed in front of us... There 's no other way to describe it. After another 15 minutes, the main courses were served. Nobody here knew anything about the appetizer and bread anymore. Our drinks were empty... But reordering wasn 't possible, as all the catering staff skillfully maneuvered around us without being grabbed. I don 't know if others felt the same way, but I suspect it was. Now bread was delivered. It was impossible to note down drinks here. No one else was available. On the other hand, in a group of about 10 Greeks, we were able to have lively conversations and fun with several employees.... After the meal and our throats were dry, it took us another 15 minutes to pay. The kicker... the cashier was very good at remembering the forgotten appetizers.... We had to point them out so the bill could be adjusted. The employee, when asked about our experience, commented: When it 's that busy, you have to expect something like that... . Oh, I see... you accept tight staffing when the store is planned to be full and the sales volume correspondingly high. Less costs means more money... all right!
