What a place. Where should I start? The bartenders are over excellent, just show what you want and they prepare the cocktail of your dreams. The food is delicious and not expensive. The atmosphere is great and people met there lovable (customers and employees), we were only for one night in Krasnoyarsk and spending time in the Welcome Bar was the best decision we had made. Definitely recommended to all travelers. View all feedback.
