What User doesn't like about Pub Point:
They were not allowed to dine at the restaurant because two tables were available. One was reserved, but the second table was not used due to coronavirus safety measures. I even had a QR code to show that I had not been sick. The staff should learn the rules before turning away customers. View all feedback.

I was traveling in this city on a business trip and decided to visit this restaurant. The interior was fine, but the service left much to be desired. It seemed like the staff were not properly trained. If you are unhappy with your order, be prepared for rude treatment from the staff. While not the worst place I have ever visited, it is definitely one of the worst. The staff is poorly trained in customer service, maybe only 30%. When things go wrong or if you complain about the quality of your meal, the staff becomes aggressive. After multiple incidents in one day, I can only hope they hire better trained staff. The director seems to constantly play the victim and blames customers for any issues. They make it difficult to access the complaint book and do not provide nutritional information or expiration dates on their products. I would give them one star.
I was extremely disappointed with the service at this establishment. When we arrived, no one greeted us at the door. We had to find an empty table ourselves and waited 5 minutes before two waitresses finally brought us a menu. The menu hasn't changed in the last 5 years, with only a few new items added. There is a variety of options from sushi and pizza to beer snacks, salads, main courses, and desserts, although on this occasion there were only ice cream and pancakes available, which was a mediocre selection. My biggest complaint is about the waitress named Pauline. She was rude and threw our plates on the table without saying a word. She never checked if we enjoyed our food and seemed more interested in gossiping with colleagues at the bar. It was clear that she had personal issues and should not have been serving customers. Even though we were offered a discount for our next visit, we declined. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant. They should consider reducing their menu options, focusing on popular dishes, and improving their staff training. The food was average, the sushi was decent, but everything else was subpar.
The most delicious pizzas and rolls. The service is excellent. The staff is very polite. All customer wishes are taken into account.
